Club Matchplay
Round 2 matches of the King Harmon Cup are to be completed by this Saturday. Well done to those who have already progressed. One result of note was Shane Loftus' victory over the 2015 winner Niall Kearney.
In the foursomes matchplay, holders of the title, Jonathan Egan & Seamus Gallagher have progressed to the final at the expense of Michael Simon & Vincent Egan. The second semi-final has yet to be played.

Interclub Golf
Well done to the Pierce Purcell team who beat Castle Dargan 3-2 on Saturday, with one of our wins coming on the 19th hole at home. They're next match is a home tie against the winners of Co Sligo & Enniscrone to be played by June 19th.
In the Mixed Foursomes, it appeared an early exit at the hands of Castle Dargan was our fate. However we have since learned of the fielding of an ineligible player on the opposition team. The penalty for such an offence is disqualification of the team. Consequently, we now played Co Sligo this upcoming Monday with 3 matches away.

Golf lessons continue every Saturday morning from 11am- 1pm for junior members.
The CGI's 'Get into Golf with Rory' Program commenced on Wednesday June 1st between 6pm and 9pm. It is not too late for those who missed the first evening to get involved. Contact 0860682116 for more information.
